Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably with regional and multi-entity responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and internal controls across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience in finance transformation, process automation, digital finance platforms, or AI-enabled reporting is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience collaborating across functions and regions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Hong Kong and regional finance operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Lead month-end and periodic close processes, maintaining adherence to accounting standards, policies, and streamlined digital workflows.
• Monitor financial performance through management reporting and data analytics, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
• Strengthen internal control frameworks, including automated and system-driven controls, to safeguard financial integrity and operational effectiveness.
• Identify and proactively expedite financial and operational risks, partnering with senior management on mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies to support business growth and scalability.
• Partner with technology and development teams to support system enhancements, digitalization, and AI initiatives, ensuring solutions align with finance operations and business requirements.
• Assess the operational impact of new tools and process changes, leading user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and successful implementation across finance teams
