ADECCO Personnel Limited is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager in Hong Kong to oversee monthly closings, produce detailed expense analyses, and deliver insightful management reports. The role requires leading full sets of accounts and supporting strategic decisions with robust financial data.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in accounting/finance, professional qualifications such as HKICPA/ACCA, and strong English and Mandarin communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Experience with PRC operations, manufacturing and retail sectors is a plus.
• Capable of independently handling full set of accounts and monthly financial reporting.
• Excellent English and Mandarin with strong written Chinese.

Responsabilités

• Manage monthly financial closing activities and perform detailed expense analysis.
• Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to support business decisions, including product and sales performance evaluation.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reconciliations, budgeting processes, forecasts, and various ad hoc assignments as required.
• Capable of independently handling full set accounts and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Proactive, accountable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiar with Chinese operating systems.
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin, with strong written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
