Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an AI Engineering Lead to guide the growth of its AI engineering team across Hong Kong and Asia. The role focuses on delivering production AI solutions, shaping engineering practices, and expanding MLOps, LLMOps, and CI/CD capabilities.

You will provide technical direction, influence architecture decisions, and champion adoption of emerging AI engineering tooling while collaborating with stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Machine Learning Engineering, AI Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Machine Learning Engineers.
• Oversee engineering delivery across multiple AI initiatives.
• Drive production reliability, scalability, monitoring, and engineering quality.
• Improve MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, and AI development practices.
• Provide technical direction and challenge architecture decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of emerging AI engineering tools.
