Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an AI Engineering Lead to guide the growth of its AI engineering team across Hong Kong and Asia. The role focuses on delivering production AI solutions, shaping engineering practices, and expanding MLOps, LLMOps, and CI/CD capabilities.

You will provide technical direction, influence architecture decisions, and champion adoption of emerging AI engineering tooling while collaborating with stakeholders across regions.

We are partnering with a leading global retail organization looking for a AI Engineering Lead to lead and develop its growing AI engineering team across Hong Kong and Asia.

This is a strategic technical leadership position responsible for overseeing the delivery and scaling of production AI solutions across multiple global initiatives. You will help shape engineering practices, improve how AI solutions are developed and deployed, and drive the adoption of modern MLOps, LLMOps, and AI-assisted engineering practices.
