The candidate should hold a degree in HRM or related field with 1–3 years of HR experience, and be familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, English/Chinese/Mandarin communication, and MS Word/Excel skills.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in HRM or relevant discipline.
• 1-3 years' HR experience in a sizable firm.
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR Practice.
• Good communication skills, attentive to details, positive and willing to learn.
• Good command of both English, Chinese and Mandarin.

Aufgaben

• Support the full spectrum of recruitment services including posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer extension, onboarding logistics.
• Data input and manage the HR system database and maintain employee records.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, exhibitions and career talks.
• Process applications and renewal of work visas for employees.
• Provide HR administrative support and other ad hoc projects.
