BIT is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the card issuing risk control architecture, building an end-to-end platform for real-time interception and loss prevention. You will optimize rules to lower false positives while preserving approval rates and design scalable monitoring and tiered risk controls for multiple card types and scenarios.

Formación

• 3+ years in payment risk control, card issuing, or digital banking product management.
• Experience designing card issuing risk control, real-time interception, limit management, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of crypto fundamentals; crypto cards or Web3 payments a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end risk control product architecture for card issuing.
• Optimize rules to reduce false positives while maintaining approval rate.
• Build post-transaction monitoring, review workflows, and holds.
• Design tiered controls, 3DS strategies, and risk protections.
• Collaborate with risk operations to improve alert routing and case handling.
• Align with Visa/Mastercard and BIN Sponsor compliance and regulatory needs.
• Explore AI/ML to improve detection and reduce manual costs.
