Coins.ph is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the AML/CFT and KYC onboarding platforms in a fintech/crypto context in Hong Kong. You will define risk scoring, partner with Compliance to translate regulations into scalable features, and build tools for transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and SAR/STR reporting.

You will also lead cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, and Risk Ops to balance risk with user experience.

Formación

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, fintech/payments/crypto.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT frameworks.
• KYC/KYB processes and risk-based onboarding.
• Experience with transaction monitoring and compliance platforms.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product roadmap for AML/CFT, monitoring, sanctions screening, and SAR/STR systems.
• Design risk scoring frameworks across onboarding and transactions.
• Partner with Compliance to translate BSP/AMLC regulations into features.
• Build/improve KYC onboarding flows (individual & business).
• Optimize CDD/EDD processes, including document verification and risk tiering.
• Balance conversion with compliance to reduce friction while managing risk.
• Define fraud detection strategies and collaborate on rules engines and alerts.
• Develop case management tools and real-time monitoring capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Compliance, Risk Ops, Data science, and Engineering.
• Bridge regulatory requirements with product implementation across platforms.
