Job summary

Century 21 Alliances Realty in Hong Kong is seeking dynamic real estate professionals to expand our business. You will maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and actively seek new clients to develop our markets.

The role offers generous commission up to 70% per transaction, recognition awards from Century 21 Headquarters, and strong office support including listings and client database, plus company vehicles for business trips. Flexible hours and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Holding valid Saleperson's Licence or Estate Agent's Licence.
• Having at least 2 years working experience in the sale and leasing of luxurious residential properties, preferably in Hong Kong Island.
• Good interpersonal skills and outgoing personality.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Basic computer knowledge and day-to-day computer applications (such as using Multiple Listing System).

Responsibilities

• Assist in expanding the business by seeking new clients and developing business markets.
• Maintain excellent and harmonious relationships with existing clients to drive ongoing sales and leasing opportunities.
