Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and mortgages. Prepare and review legal documents related to conveyancing.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on properties, including title searches, land registry checks, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing queries throughout the conveyancing process.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and correspondence. Ensure timely submission of documents to relevant authorities.
• Stay updated on changes in local property laws and regulations. Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements.
• Assist in various real estate projects, providing legal support, conducting market research, and contributing to strategic planning.
