JPC Texson Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a PROGRAM MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER for its power electronics R&D office to lead OEM/ODM product-development projects from concept to pilot and mass production.
You will coordinate internal teams and customers, manage schedules, risks, and documentation, report to the Product Development Director, and ensure delivery on time, quality and regulatory standards in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Lead and coordinate OEM and ODM product-development projects from specification development through to pilot run and high-volume production.
Ensure that projects are delivered smoothly, on time and in line with customer, quality, safety and business requirements.
Work closely with engineering and other internal departments to ensure effective project execution and timely issue resolution.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the project.
Report to the Product Development Director and work as part of a four-member team.
Manage several product-development programmes at the same time.
Act as the key contact between internal engineering teams, external customers and other departments.
Take responsibility for project planning, progress tracking, risk management, meetings, document control and issue escalation.
Coordinate project activities from the initial product specification through to pilot production and mass-production launch.
This is a hands-on role for a well-organised, analytical and responsible person who can manage complex technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
Manage OEM and ODM projects by coordinating internal teams, customers and external parties from product development through to pilot production.
Coordinate product-design projects from specification development through to high-volume manufacturing introduction.
Prepare, manage and update project plans using Microsoft Project and other project-management tools.
Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks and outstanding issues.
Ensure that project activities follow company procedures, development schedules, quality requirements and applicable compliance standards.
Identify project risks and obstacles and develop practical action plans to address them.
Act as the main contact between the company and customers when required.
Provide regular project updates to internal teams, customers and senior management.
Prepare escalation reports for the executive management team when necessary.
Organise project-end reviews to evaluate project performance, record lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
Support continuous improvement of project-management and product-development processes.
Degree in engineering or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
At least 7 years of experience in programme management, project management or a product-development environment.
Experience managing OEM or ODM projects is preferred.
Proven ability to communicate with internal and external customers and manage their expectations.
Good understanding of customer requirements, project schedules and product-delivery processes.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
Able to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines effectively.
Responsible, proactive and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
5-day work week.
