Job summary

Good Mind Engineering Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to support tendering, cost estimation and project cost control.

The successful candidate will handle tender analysis, variation assessment, final accounts settlement with main contractors and project administration. Immediate availability preferred; diploma or above in Quantity Surveying and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• General clerical duties for QS department including tender preparation, data entry and daily filing.
• Tender analysis, documentation, and submission.
• Project cost estimation, budgeting, and control.
• Variation measurement, assessment, and submission.
• Settlement of the final accounts' settlement with main contractors.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, alternative Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm;

Immediate available would be preferred.
