- Assist the project team to provide professional quantity surveying services for cost monitoring, cost control, tendering, procurement, and contract administration in full compliance with internal policies and procedures;
- Conduct pre-contract cost control, focusing on the practical preparation, calculation, and technical checking of cost estimates, cost plans, and detailed cost analyses;
- Prepare and draft comprehensive bidding/tender documents for the procurement of consultancies, contractors, and suppliers;
- Execute and facilitate the full tender exercise, conduct detailed tender analysis, and prepare tender evaluation reports to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures;
- Handle day-to-day post-contract administration, including verifying site progress, checking monthly payment valuations, and evaluating cost estimates for variation works;
- Conduct detailed checking, verification, and settlement of final accounts with contractors and consultants;
- Assemble, collate and administer project cost data and assist preparation of annual budget.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
- 3-5 years related experience in quantity surveying, preferably with local experience in large scale residential projects in QS consultancy or property developer;
- Professional qualification of MHKIS (QS) is a must;
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
