Job summary

Sands China Ltd. is seeking a Development Contracts Administration professional based in Hong Kong to support design and development services globally.

You will handle contract documents, data entry, and reporting while coordinating with developers, facilities and cross-functional teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, about 2 years of QS experience, excellent English, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Approximately 2 years of Quantity Surveying experience with developer exposure; cost consultancy is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction procurement processes and commercial awareness.
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate with cross-functional teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Support development contracts from bid to award and administration.
• Maintain filing systems (electronic and hardcopy) for contracts and docs.
• Input and update data in internal contract management systems.
• Assist in tracking and compiling periodic reports and data submissions.
• Review project registers: payments, changes, and correspondences.
• Support in tracking contractor reports and data submissions.
• Assist Commercial Manager during bidding: issue RFPs, analyze proposals, prepare BAW.
• Attend and prepare meeting notes for pre-award and progress meetings.
• Onboard and approve new suppliers.
• Assist in reviewing supplier payment certificates.
