The role involves supervising subcontractor selection, optimizing regional supplier databases, and delivering market intelligence reports to senior management. Immediate availability is highly valued, with strong English and Chinese skills and independence under pressure.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 8+ years in tendering and procurement work.
• Chartered Member of the HKIS or RICS would be an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, with excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure, with good team collaboration spirit.

Senior Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveying Manager

Lead and oversee the end-to-end tendering and procurement (leasing) lifecycle for the company’s construction projects to ensure commercial compliance and efficiency.

Orchestrate subcontractor selection and strategic resource allocation during the pre-bidding phase, ensuring technical alignment and cost competitiveness.

Proactively identify, vet, and onboard premium subcontractor resources; manage and optimize the regional subcontractor database to maintain a high-standard, robust supply chain in Hong Kong.

Drive comprehensive market research on regional and professional resources, monitoring price fluctuations and industry drivers to generate strategic market intelligence reports for senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

At least 8 years of experience in tendering and procurement work.

Chartered Member of the HKIS or RICS would be an advantage.

Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, with excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and under pressure, with good team collaboration spirit.

Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and QS software (e.g. CostX, Candy).

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant QS Manager.
