Job summary
Lanon-Development-Limited seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor for leading contract and cost management on government projects in Hong Kong. The role requires strong civil engineering exposure and a proven track record on sizable schemes.
You will handle main contracts and subcontracts, oversee ERP-related procurement processes, and ensure compliant, timely project delivery. A degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields is essential, with 12+ years of relevant experience strongly preferred.
Qualifications
- Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
- Degree or above in Law, Surveying, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Min. 12 years relevant exp in sizable projects.
- Responsible for managing contractual issues.
- ERP implementation experience highly preferred.

- 13th-month pay plus twice-yearly discretionary bonuses
