Job summary
Rider Levett Bucknall Limited is seeking an experienced quantity surveyor for government projects and public institutions. The role covers administration of main contracts and subcontracts, requiring a degree or higher in QS or related field and 10–15 years’ experience with MRICS/MHKIS preferred.
Candidates should be energetic, self-motivated with strong problem solving, leadership and presentation skills; a higher diploma in engineering is advantageous and immediate availability is a plus.
Qualifications
- Experience in Government Projects / Public Institutions.
- Administration of main contracts and subcontracts.
- Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
- Energetic, self-motivated with good problem solving skills.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience; MHKIS or MRICS.
- Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Engineering.
- 5 years' working experience in commercial premises.
- Strong leadership, presentation and problem solving abilities.
- Immediate availability is advantageous.
