ISS Facility Services Limited is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer (Safety Officer) in Hong Kong to implement and govern QA policies, ensure ISO and statutory compliance, and drive risk management and continuous improvement across operations. The role requires strong knowledge of HK safety regulations and a proven QA track record.

The successful candidate will lead audits and incident investigations, provide management insights, and promote a culture of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Occupational Safety & Health, Quality Assurance, Environmental Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in QA roles, preferably in facilities management, property management, cleaning, security, or similar service industries.
• Registered Safety Officer under Hong Kong Labour Department is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Being in the QA team on implementation and governance of QA policies and management systems across all segments
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong statutory requirements, ISO standards (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001), and internal procedures
• Provide support on internal and external audits, inspections, and certification processes, ensuring timely closure of findings
• Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning
• Provide findings and insights for management on regulatory, contractual, and risk-related matters
• Drive quality and safety culture through training, communication, and engagement
• Support client audits, governance meetings, tenders, and contract renewals
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and trend analyses for senior leadership
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Quality Assurance Officer (Safety Officer)

This position aims to support and execute the quality assurance framework across ISS Hong Kong to ensure full compliance with statutory, ISO, contractual, and ISS standards, while driving risk management, service quality, and continuous improvement across all operations.

What you’ll do
