Goodwell Property Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Safety Officer to review safety and health performance, ensure SMS compliance, and support the ISO 45001 system across projects. You will coordinate with external consultants and participate in audit activities to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health, has about 2 years of relevant experience, and can communicate fluently in English and Chinese,

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in OSH required.
• 2 years of safety and health management experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 is advantageous.
• Good command of English and Chinese, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Review safety and health performance per SMS and legislation.
• Devise in-house safety rules and regulations.
• Monitor changes in new safety legislation.
• Coordinate with consultants for external audit reports.
• Assist ISO 45001 implementation and compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections on projects.
• Investigate accidents and analyze causes.
• Participate in Safety & Health Committee activities and implement recommendations.
• Organize safety and health training programs for staff and subsidiaries.

Duties

• Assist to review safety and health performance of the company and the implementation status of Safety Management System (SMS) in accordance with the legislative requirements.
• Assist in devising in-house safety rules and regulations.
• Respond to changes in newly enforced legislation related to occupational safety & health.
• Coordinate with consultant for preparation of external audit report in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Assist in implementation and compliance with ISO 45001 system certification
• Conduct internal audit and inspection for property management projects
• Perform accident investigation and analysis,
• Participate in the Safety & Health Committee's activities of the Company and implement its recommendations.
• Assist in organizing both in-house and subsidiary companies' safety and health training program

Required Qualification

• Register Safety Officer (RSO) preferrable
• Holder of Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or relevant discipline
• 2 years solid working experience in safety and health management, preferably in property management industry
• Knowledge in implementation of ISO 45001 system and environmental management an added advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
