Job summary

Po Leung Kuk invites applications for the position of Quality Assurance Officer (Ref no.: QAO-SSGCD). The role involves supporting the quality assurance team in planning and conducting internal service audits, reviewing audit results, and monitoring corrective actions across service divisions.

Quality Assurance Officer (Ref no.: QAO-SSGCD)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning internal service audit and as member of the quality assurance team to conduct regular internal audits;

Assist in reviewing and analyzingthe results of internal and external audits or feedback;

Assist in monitoringthe implementation status and effectiveness of existing monitoring mechanisms across different service divisions;

Monitor to ensure timely closure and effectiveness of corrective actions; and

Provide support in analyzing audit resultsand drafting reporting documents and improvement schemes.

Our Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Quality Management, Social Service Management, Financial Management, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience;

Good communication and interpersonal skills;

Self-motivated team player; and

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Words.

Note:

Appointment will be made on renewable contract terms.
