Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive team player able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Solid experience in quality assurance, operation management or audit management.

Responsibilities

• Compose the Quality Assurance Policy of the Social Service Department and ensure its effectiveness.
• Plan internal service audits and lead the service quality assurance team to conduct regular audits.
• Review and analyze audit results or feedback and propose improvement schemes; identify training needs.
• Monitor existing monitoring mechanisms across divisions and maintain operational process standards.
• Report audit analyses, improvement plans, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
• Analyze annual audit results and identify risks; propose audit scope based on risk management.
• Organize annual sharing sessions for social service staff to enhance overall service quality.
