Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning internal service audits as a member of the quality assurance team.
• Assist in reviewing and analyzing internal and external audit results or feedback.
• Assist in monitoring implementation status and effectiveness of monitoring mechanisms across divisions.
• Monitor timely closure and effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Assist in drafting reporting documents and improvement schemes.
