Job summary

Forthright Financial Holdings Company Limited is seeking a Procurement Specialist responsible for end-to-end procurement execution across IT, administrative, and brand/event goods and services. You will conduct market research, source suppliers, and build a qualified supplier list in a fast-paced Hong Kong environment.

You will formulate strategies, lead tendering and negotiations, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining close cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years of procurement experience.
• Experience in IT, administrative, or brand/event procurement preferred.
• Familiar with the Hong Kong market and supplier resources.
• Experience in full-cycle procurement management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and supplier sourcing; identify suppliers that meet requirements, and establish and maintain a qualified supplier list.
• Formulate procurement strategies based on business requirements and the supplier market; determine the winning supplier through tendering, RFQ, or targeted negotiation.
• Conduct thorough negotiations with suppliers during tendering/RFQ to ensure price reasonableness.
• Maintain close communication with all requesting departments; prepare procurement plans based on potential and historical recurring demand to ensure smooth and timely delivery of requirements.
• Study the Hong Kong market in depth; proactively source for historical or potential demand, build a reserve of qualified suppliers, and continuously enrich the supplier database.
• Formulate Hong Kong's local procurement policies and processes based on the Hong Kong business situation and in conjunction with the Group's procurement standards.

Conduct thorough negotiations with suppliers during tendering/RFQ to ensure price reasonableness

Maintain close communication with all requesting departments; prepare procurement plans based on potential and historical recurring demand to ensure smooth and timely delivery of requirements

About you

Bachelor's degree or above

Fluent Cantonese and fluent English (preferred)

5+ years of relevant procurement experience; candidates with experience in IT, administrative, or brand/event procurement are preferred

Familiar with the Hong Kong market and supplier resources; candidates with procurement experience at multinational corporations or local Hong Kong companies are preferred

Familiar with full-cycle procurement management (sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, contract management, supplier evaluation), with a sound understanding of procurement process systems

Strong commercial negotiation and cost-analysis capabilities

Highly responsible, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, with strong professional ethics and compliance awareness
