Job summary

Lenovo India Private Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design for public sector opportunities, translating business needs into secure, scalable target architectures and modernization roadmaps (legacy-to-cloud, microservices, API enablement, DevSecOps).

The role supports the full tender lifecycle (RFI/RFQ/RFP) and ensures compliant, deliverable, and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems or equivalent.
15+ years in IT delivery, including 6+ years in solution/application architecture.
Experience supporting government tenders (RFI/RFQ/RFP) and writing technical proposals.
Hands-on experience delivering application modernization (legacy refactor, cloud migration, API enablement, DevSecOps).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Lead solution architecture for government/public sector bids and delivery engagements across application, data, security, and infrastructure domains.
Own technical tender responses: interpret requirements, build compliance matrices, write solution sections, prepare assumptions/clarifications, assist demos.
Define modernization strategy/roadmap: rehosting, replatforming, refactoring, API-first enablement, cloud/hybrid designs.
