Job summary

Adbrownies Advertising Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a full-time Project Manager to support the Strategy team with communications and publicity for projects.

You will coordinate with multiple parties to produce publicity materials, assist digital media promotion, organize events, and handle media inquiries, while ensuring messaging aligns with the Line to Take and project goals. The role is a 1-year contract with benefits including medical plan and birthday leave.

Qualifications

• Two years’ relevant post-qualification working experience.
• HKDSEE Level 2 in Chinese and English or equivalent.
• Fluent written Chinese and English; Cantonese and English spoken.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide communications support for the Strategy team and coordinate with parties to produce publicity materials.
• Assist in digital media promotion and launch project videos; liaison with key opinion leaders.
• Publicize promotion events via press, media, webpage and other online platforms.
• Coordinate and handle media/public inquiries for the project.

• Stock take comments on the projects and assist in related duties as assigned.

Job description

We are recruiting a full-time Project Manager who will be responsible for providing communications support for our Strategy team. The candidate will also need to coordinate with different parties to produce publicity materials relating to the projects.

Responsibilities

• To assist in taking forward the digital media promotion (e.g. launching of project video, liaison with key opinion leaders) for the project;
• To assist in publicizing the promotion events organized by the project via various channels (e.g. press, media, webpage and other online media platforms);
• To assist in organizing and coordinating promotion and outreaching activities (e.g. roving exhibitions, public forums, seminars);
• To assist in coordinating and handling the media/public enquires for the project;
• To assist in coordinating with stakeholders and consolidating the Line to Take for PE
• To assist in consolidating and stock taking the comments on the projects
• To assist in undertaking any duties as assigned by his/her supervisors.

Requirements

• Acquire a recognized Hong Kong bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Language, Public Relations, Journalism or other related disciplines;
• Have two years’ relevant post-qualification working experience;
• Have met the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in Chinese Language and English Language of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note);
• Have good writing skills in Chinese and English and fluent in spoken Cantonese and English;
• Have good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; and
• Be proficient in computer use, in particular Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.

(Note: “Grade E” in Chinese Language and Culture or Chinese Language and Literature, and Use of English in previous of the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE) are accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 2” in Chinese Language and English Language of HKDSEE.)
