Job summary

Adbrownies Advertising Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a Project Manager to lead design and production cycles from concept through installation. You will coordinate with design teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of multimedia exhibits and structural builds.

The role requires strong project mastery, excellent communication, and a sharp eye for aesthetics to meet client expectations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Exhibition Design, Interior Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, lighting, and multimedia/AV technologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to manage client approvals.
• Keen eye for aesthetics and quality control to ensure deliverables match approved designs.

Responsibilities

• Project Management & Execution: establish timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless design execution.
• Review production materials, prototypes, and multimedia components before client delivery.
• Lead on-site move-in/installation, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
• Primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather client feedback and inform production with requirements.
• Present designs and samples to clients to secure sign-offs before production.
• Provide regular status updates on milestones, budgets, and timelines.
• Interpret 3D renderings, floor plans, and technical drawings for feasibility.
• Manage integration of multimedia exhibits and AV technologies.
• Ensure builds comply with safety regulations and venue specifications.
