HSBC is seeking a highly accomplished leader to head Insurance Proposition in Hong Kong. You will define the global vision, shape strategies, and drive wealth insurance initiatives across multi-channel distribution, integrating with global and local teams to optimize the customer journey and revenue growth.

You will lead market intelligence efforts, work with Data/Marketing to uncover upsell opportunities, and ensure governance over product development and sales frameworks in a digitized wealth

Formación

• Deep understanding of sales and service strategies in financial services, incl. bancassurance and insurance product management.
• Ability to set clear strategic direction across Groups, Regions and Markets.
• Strong leadership and communication to influence senior teams.

• Define and champion global vision and strategy for Insurance Proposition.
• Develop wealth insurance strategies and business plan to support priorities.
