Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an Insurance Product Manager in Hong Kong to own and lead the firm's product and business proposition strategy. You will manage relationships with insurance partners, structure multi-insurer solutions, and translate offerings into client-ready propositions to win business.

The role requires coordinating promotions and campaigns across insurers, designing integrated solutions, and leading product pitches for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in insurance company, brokerage, bancassurance, or related consulting.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison with insurance company partners and manage commercial relationships.
• Coordinate and consolidate promotions, campaigns, and product initiatives across insurers.
• Design and structure integrated insurance solutions for client presentations.
• Lead development of product and business propositions for client pitches.
• Collaborate with distribution and advisory teams to drive revenue growth.
