HSBC Holdings plc in Hong Kong seeks a strategic Head of Insurance Proposition to define the global vision and oversee wealth insurance strategy and distribution. You will partner with Wealth and Global Insurance teams to drive growth, optimize customer journeys and sustain competitive offerings.

The role requires leadership, market insight and cross-functional collaboration across Group, Region and Market teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Formación

• Deep understanding of sales and service strategies in financial services.
• Bancassurance and insurance product management expertise.
• Ability to set strategic direction across Markets, Propositions, Channels and Functions.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory, political and market factors affecting wealth.
• Experience working across Group, Region and Market teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and champion the global vision and strategy for Insurance Proposition.
• Develop wealth insurance strategies and business plans to support priorities.
• Maintain competitive wealth insurance offerings and revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and shareholder value.
• Monitor market intelligence, trends and competitor innovations.
• Collaborate with global/local stakeholders to optimize distribution models.
• Drive multi-channel distribution and training to maximize productivity.
• Align VSIP allocation with budget and synergies across markets.
• Govern wealth insurance product development and sales governance.
