China Resources is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of critical facilities, including security and cleaning services, procurement, budgeting, and vendor management. The role requires strong leadership, English and Cantonese communication, and the ability to generate management reports.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Facilities Management, with at least 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

The duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the followings:
Manage day to day operation including repair and maintenance, Security, cleaning, change control process, procurement, accounting & budgeting related issue, etc.
Manage/execute Data Centre’s security and cleaning services.
Preparation of maintenance contract & tender document
Supervise and liaise with external vendors in respect of regular communications and ad-hoc work, and respond to issues that arise.
Manages specifications, problems/issues, performance and administration.
Prepare Management report, Power point presentation, SOP/EOP, Emergency / Disaster Recovery plans / Business Continuity Plans, Data Centre customer’s report …etc.
As an incident manager to manage all incidents and prepare incident reports.
Engages with internal stakeholders to gain feedback on customer’s enquiry
Intervenes, analyzes, manages and resolves business conflicts between the company and the vendors / suppliers.
Implementing procedures of safety system and performance measurement like scorecard to ensure quality and reliability of services meeting client’s requirements.
Provide superior customer service to client’s through all Facility functions
Routinely inspect all areas to ensure performance measures are being maintained and proactively self-reporting the problems of facilities
Able to track and update on the financial budget
Degree holder in Facilities Management or equivalent
Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in which 3 years in Facility Management industry and currently in supervisory level
Familiar with critical facilities management services including security and cleaning.
Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands.
Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems including MS excel and powerpoint.
Demonstrated experience in client reporting and preparation of reports required.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
