Job summary

MTR Corporation Limited (香港鐵路有限公司) is seeking a Property Management Leader to oversee residential property management for the Corporation's portfolio. You will lead a team of property management staff and contractors to ensure high quality services, maintain safety and compliance, and coordinate with Owners’ Committees and government bodies.

• Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence and membership of a recognized professional institution.
• Minimum 8 years in managing large residential properties; at least 2 years at managerial level.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to drive results and service quality.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of property management staff and contractors to provide high quality management and maintenance.
• Maintain harmonious relationships with owners, tenants and residents.
• Plan and oversee cleaning, security, club house management, and common areas; enforce Deeds of Mutual Covenant.
• Liaise with Owners’ Committees, residents, Government Departments and local organisations.
• Handle intake of new properties at the pre-management stage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of property management staff and service contractors to provide high quality and reliable management and maintenance services for residential properties managed by the Corporation
• Maintain a harmonious relationship with owners, tenants and residents
• Plan, monitor and oversee the overall property management services, such as cleaning, security, club house management, control of common areas and enforcement of the provisions under the Deeds of Mutual Covenant
• Liaise and hold meetings with Owners’ Committees, residents, Government Departments, District Councillors and local organizations
• Handle intake of new properties at the pre-management stage

Requirements

• Degree in a property-related discipline
• Possession of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence and membership of a recognized professional institution
• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in the management of large residential properties, of which 2 years should be at managerial or supervisory level
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to drive results and service quality
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
