Job summary

MTR Corporation Limited 香港鐵路有限公司 is seeking a capable Property Management Officer to supervise residential building services and coordinate with contractors. The role emphasizes quality service delivery, multilingual communication, and strong stakeholder relations.

You will support day-to-day administration, handle residents' enquiries, and assist in organizing community activities and Owners' Committee meetings, including after hours when needed. A joining bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree with 2+ years in property management or Higher Diploma with 4+ years relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office and word processing.

• Support day-to-day administration and supervision of cleaning, security, landscaping and concierge service contractors and frontline property management staff for residential properties.
• Coordinate with the technical team to provide quality maintenance services.
• Handle enquiries and complaints by residents or owners.

Requirements

• Degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience in property management; OR
• Higher Diploma with a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal skill with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in various software applications, such as word processing and Microsoft Office
• Experience in managing high-end residential buildings is an advantage

• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
