Qualifications

• Degree in Property / Facilities Management or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience with at least 3 years at managerial level.
• Member of RPHM, CIH, HKIH or with PMP(T1) preferred
• Conversant with BMO, DMC and related ordinances
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong leadership, with good communication and interpersonal skills
