Qualificações

• Independently solve technical problems and manage urgent repairs.
• Prepare designs, budgets, estimates, drawings and tender documents for senior approval.
• Review estate facilities and propose improvement programs.
• Administer tendering and contract processes with proper documentation.
• Advise on materials and supervise repair works by technicians or contractors.
• Inspect tenant fixtures and recommend repairs.
• Comment on design drawings and conduct cost estimates for new developments.
• Liaise with consultants, utility companies and government departments.
