Job summary

Academic Asia UK Limited is seeking a capable Project Supervisor/Coordinator to oversee end-to-end project delivery in Kowloon Bay, HK. You will develop plans, coordinate resources, monitor timelines, budgets and quality, and report progress to management.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on delivery experience, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office; PMP or similar certification is a plus. Strong Chinese/English written skills are required.

Job description

Oversee and drive end-to-end project execution, coordinate internal and external resources, monitor project progress, budget and quality, resolve project risks and ad-hoc issues. Ensure projects deliver expected objectives on time and report project status to management.

Key responsibilities

Develop project plans and schedules, assign tasks and track execution across project phases.

Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and vendors, resolve operational bottlenecks.

Monitor project timeline, budget and quality; identify potential risks and formulate mitigation plans.

Prepare periodic project reports and update management on progress, issues and recommendations.

Maintain project documentation and filing; perform other project-related duties as assigned.

About you

Tertiary education or above, major in Project Management, Business Administration or related disciplines preferred.

3-5 years relevant experience as Project Supervisor / Project Coordinator with hands-on end-to-end project delivery experience.

Solid capability in project planning, risk assessment and problem-solving.

Excellent communication and cross-party coordination skills, able to work under pressure.

Proficient in MS Office; PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

Good written and reading proficiency in both Chinese and English.
