Job summary

Academic Asia UK Limited is seeking a capable Project Supervisor/Coordinator to oversee end-to-end project delivery in Kowloon Bay, HK. You will develop plans, coordinate resources, monitor timelines, budgets and quality, and report progress to management.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on delivery experience, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office; PMP or similar certification is a plus. Strong Chinese/English written skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years relevant experience as Project Supervisor / Project Coordinator.
• Hands-on end-to-end project delivery experience.
• Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project execution and report status to management.
• Develop project plans and schedules, assign tasks and track progress.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet objectives.
• Monitor timeline, budget and quality; identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Prepare periodic reports and update management with progress and recommendations.
• Maintain project documentation and handle ad-hoc duties.
