Job summary

Maoyan Entertainment (HK)Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced program director to supervise multi-team projects, coordinate government engagements, and drive high-quality delivery across objectives, schedules, quality, and cost.

You will identify bottlenecks, perform risk analysis, and manage resources while building strong stakeholder relations, adapting to emergencies, and translating complex IT concepts for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or other IT-related majors.
• 11+ years of working experience, with experience in managing system implementation service projects; real-time ticketing services experience preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English (listening, speaking, reading and writing with translation skills).
• Familiar with business etiquette, strong public relations coordination and social skills, adept at interpersonal relationships.
• Strong resilience, able to adapt to temporary work tasks or emergencies.
• Strong language expression skills, quick thinking, and basic business negotiation abilities.

• Keenly identify and analyze issues and bottlenecks within teams, businesses, and projects, conduct risk predictions, and manage preemptively.

2. Conduct process management for project objectives, schedules, quality, financial costs, resources, etc., and drive and ensure high-quality delivery.

3. Effectively facilitate cooperation and delivery with the government to achieve mutual goals; provide outcomes that meet required quality standards.

4. Keenly identify and analyze issues and bottlenecks within teams, businesses, and projects, conduct risk predictions, and manage preemptively.
