Job summary

Hip Hing Construction Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost and variation estimates, interim payment applications and payment certification for subcontracts, materials and plants. The role requires vigilant cost control and accurate measurement for subletting, material orders and variation estimates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Proactive, outgoing and initiative.
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able and willing to work under pressure and tight schedule.

Job description

Assist in the implementation of the requirements of the Manuals in respect of all Quantity Surveying functions.
