Job summary

• Tertiary education in Quantity Surveying with at least 5 years solid experience.
• Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying is an advantage.

• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Far East Consortium International Ltd is a renowned Real Estate Developer in HK. To meet with our fast expansion plan in HK, Mainland China and overseas, we are recruiting Quantity Surveyor with attractive remuneration and well promotion opportunity, under the following requirements:

Responsibilities:

Evaluate project estimates and expenditure forecast information to support budget planning process

Responsible for cost management of multiple of high profile projects across the region

Perform cost estimates, cost data analysis, measurement and post-contract administration including valuation of variations and settlement of final accounts

Perform cost review and analysis on tenders and awards

Contract procurement management for project which taking off quantities from drawings, scrutiny or preparation of cost estimates, tenders and contracts documents, evaluation of variation order and payment claims and settlement of final accounts

Review and handle contractual claims

Oversee project cash flow and prepare financial reports

Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers for cost estimation

Perform any ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

Tertiary education in Quantity Surveying with at least 5 years solid Quantity Surveying experience in residential and commercial building projects, ideally gained from Local Real Estate Developer

Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying gained from recognized professional bodies is an advantage

Hands-on PC application skills, such as MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint

Sensible mindset, self-initiative and work hard

Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
