Handle the application, approval process, and renewal of various licenses for medical clinics and beauty salons (such as Department of Health licenses). Coordinate annual inspections of fire service installations, safety testing of medical equipment, and compliance remediation. Follow up on the administration and progress of new branch openings, relocations, or renovation projects. Liaise with government departments, contractors, and internal departments to ensure full compliance.

About you

Minimum of 2 years of experience in license applications, administration, or project management within Hong Kong medical clinics, beauty salons, or the retail industry;

Familiarity with the Department of Health Private Healthcare Facilities Ordinance, Fire Services Ordinance, and various medical equipment standards is preferred;

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills;

High level of attention to detail.
