Job Description

• Responsible for IT project life cycle management, from project preparation through go-live, including but not limited to project feasibility study, project research, and implementation
• Execute and implement the project plan and be responsible for monitoring and controlling the progress, quality, cost of the project in accordance with the company’s policies and management objectives
• Monitor the project progress and proactively identify and solve potential risks
• Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget and meet prescribed standards
• Coordinate with business units, customer support, project vendors, to solve IT system problems
• Work with internal counterparts to identify user requirements, create and execute solution plans accordingly.
• Provide support to business units on the analysis of target customers and product development by using big data technology

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics and Communication Engineering
• Holder of PMP with strong knowledge in information system project management
• 2+ years’ experience in Telecom software development
• 2+ years’ project management experience in Telecom industry, with strong ability in project control and documentation.
• Be able to understand and analyze business needs from technical perspective
