Job summary

Venturenix Limited is seeking a Project Manager / Systems Analyst I for a Public Sector initiative focused on the Agentic AI Workflow. You will oversee architecture, rollout, evaluation, and ongoing support for the trial, working with end-users and contractors to gather requirements and identify practical use cases.

You will coordinate vendor performance, track risk logs, manage project records, and lead verification activities including integration testing and UAT, while assisting non-technical

Qualifications

• Oversee system architecture, rollout, evaluation, and support for the Agentic AI Workflow trial.
• Gather requirements with end-users and contractors; identify use cases.
• Track vendor performance and manage risk logs and status updates.
• Direct system verification activities including Integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist non-technical teams with onboarding, deployment, and daily platform execution.
• Strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication.
• Experience with outsourcing vendor services and project coordination.
• Experience with AI tools such as Dify, Open WebUI, n8n, or RAG-related tech preferred.

Responsibilities

Project Manager / Systems Analyst I Agentic AI I Public Sector

Oversee system architecture, rollout, evaluation, and routine support for the trial Agentic AI Workflow

Partner with department end-users and technical contractors to gather requirements, identify practical use cases, and resolve operational issues

Track vendor performance, analyse deliverables, and handle project records, including risk logs and status updates

Direct system verification activities, including Integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Assist non-technical teams with onboard training, system deployment, and daily platform execution

Job Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or relevant fields

4+ years of IT experience

Background in system administration, modern web deployment, and enterprise cloud application management

Solid grasp of agentic AI frameworks, Generative AI models, prompt engineering, and API connectivity

Demonstrated ability to manage outsourced vendor services and drive project coordination

Candidates with experience in the following will be an advantage: Dify, Open WebUI, n8n, RAGFlow, or Work Buddy, LLMs (e.g., DeepSeek, Qwen), vector databases, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
