Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. seeks an Cloud Infrastructure & AI Solutions Architect / AI Program Manager to oversee design, deployment, and ongoing support of AI-enabled systems in a Hong Kong environment.

You will supervise contractors, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure security and risk assessments are conducted effectively. Ideal candidates have at least two years in system design and cloud-based solutions, with hands-on experience in agentic AI, LLMs, APIs, and prompt engineering.

Qualifications

• At least two years in system design, implementation, digital transformation, technical consulting, or system administration in a comparable capacity.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing applications on cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI, generative AI, LLMs, APIs, and prompt engineering.
• Experience in implementing or supporting IT systems or digital tools.
• Experience in Electronic service delivery, IT operation management, Server virtualization technology.

Strong commitment to execution and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

Project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CPMAI, or similar.

AI tools expertise: Familiarity with Open WebUI, Dify, n8n, RAGFlow, or Work Buddy.

LLM experience: Experience with DeepSeek, Qwen, or other LLMs.

Knowledge management: Experience with RAG, vector databases, or knowledge management.

Technical skills: APIs, databases, Docker, or cloud platforms.

Governance and security: Knowledge of information security, data governance, or responsible AI practices.
