Job summary

中合置業有限公司 in Hong Kong seeks a senior operations leader to optimize product and spatial design for student residences and to enhance competitiveness and user retention.

The role oversees end-to-end operations, establishes a complete system for marketing, pricing, membership management, service processes, and safety, and drives profitability with KPIs and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in long-term rental apartments or related residential operations.
• At least 3 years in a comparable management role.
• Hong Kong local student Residence operation experience highly preferred.
• Experience in building a complete operational system, including pricing strategy, membership operation and service standardization.
• Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and team management skills; ability to coordinate resources across multiple teams and deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and spatial design optimization; develop differentiated accommodation products aligned with target student demographics.
• Oversee full-cycle operations of student Residence; establish and implement a complete operational system of marketing, pricing, membership management, service processes, and safety management.
• Set phased operational goals and KPIs, cascade and drive the team to execute effectively, and take full accountability for overall business performance and profitability targets.
• Ensure cross-departmental collaboration and effective resource coordination across multiple teams.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Putonghua.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in long-term rental apartments or related residential operations, with at least 3 years’ experience in a comparable management role; Candidates with Hong Kong local student Residence operation experience are highly preferred.

Proven experience in building a complete operational system; proficient in the implementation of core modules including pricing strategy, membership operation and service standardization; capable of independently leading system development and iteration from 0 to 1.

Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and team management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate resources across multiple teams and deliver complex projects effectively.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Putonghua.
