Job summary

The University of Hong Kong seeks a Campus Residence and Hospitality Development Manager to lead the strategic development of residential, hospitality and catering services at Pokfield Campus. The role involves building sustainable business models, driving market engagement, and coordinating operator selection, procurement and long-term operating plans.

The appointee will work closely with university stakeholders to ensure service quality, stakeholder alignment and successful campus opening

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, Project Management or related disciplines.
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience for Executive Officer or 10 years for Administrative Assistant II in hospitality, property or related fields.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

Responsibilities

Lead strategic and operational development of residential, hospitality, catering and related services at Pokfield Campus.
Develop sustainable business and financial models and oversee market engagement and operator selection.
Coordinate procurement, vendor management and long-term operating strategies with internal stakeholders and external operators.
Support campus development, opening readiness and ongoing operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service quality, user experience and financial sustainability.
