The role focuses on developing strategies to drive leasing enquiries, coordinating with SAO and student groups, and representing the property at campus events to grow occupancy and resident satisfaction.
CapitaLand Investment (CLI) is launching an exciting new Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) property in Hong Kong. We are seeking a passionate and proactive Marketing Manager to help establish our brand presence, build strong relationships with universities and student communities, and create an engaging living experience for residents.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping a student-focused community environment, supporting international and local students throughout their stay, and contributing to the growth of an emerging PBSA platform in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
In addition to the existing marketing duties, please consider adding the following:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive student leasing enquiries and occupancy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, Student Affairs Offices (SAO), student associations, educational institutions, and overseas recruitment agencies.
Represent the property at university events, student fairs, roadshows, and promotional activities.
Plan, organize and coordinate community engagement programmes, workshops, cultural activities, networking events and wellness initiatives for residents.
Foster a vibrant and inclusive student community that enhances the resident experience and sense of belonging.
Manage ambassador, referral and student engagement programmes to increase awareness and resident satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with operations and leasing teams to understand resident needs and continuously improve the student experience.
Monitor student housing trends, competitor offerings and market opportunities within Hong Kong and the region.

Requirements
Prior experience in marketing for niche sectors including long-term rental apartments, hospitality & hotels, and commercial real estate is preferred.
Candidates with good knowledge of marketing channels and user preferences in mainland China are preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Education, Event Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, community management, student affairs, hospitality, PBSA, co-living, education, youth engagement or related sectors.
Experience working with universities, Student Affairs Offices (SAO), student organizations or educational institutions is highly preferred.
Proven experience in organizing community events, resident engagement programmes or large-scale student activities.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
