Our client, an Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project management plan
• Delivering the renovation on time, within budget, and according to approved specifications
• Develop and manage phasing, swing space, and relocation plans
• Coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring continuous business operations throughout phased renovations
• Managing risks, safety, and compliance
• Providing clear reporting and acting as the single accountable party for execution

Job Requirements

• Manager grade seniority preferred, or equivalent experience leading complex projects
• Proven experience managing large scale office renovation projects
• Demonstrated success in live environment renovations involving significant user populations
• Strong skills in schedule, cost, and risk management
• Experience coordinating architects, designers, contractors, and internal departments
• CAD capability is required, including
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with local building, fire, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
