Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a senior program manager to own the project roadmap and deliver agile, on-time rollouts across business units. The role requires an architectural background with extensive experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, and office developments within complex ERP and corporate systems.

You will bridge stakeholders and technology, drive integrations, and oversee bank-wide construction and renovation projects, including cost tracking and handover

Qualifications

• Own the roadmap and deliver agile, on-time rollouts across BUs.
• Shape scalable functional design aligned to ERP & Corporate Systems.
• Bridge stakeholders and tech; drive integrations, AI, and fast resolution.
• Min. 6 years of hands on program management/ project management experiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site progress and coordinate with internal and external parties.
• Manage all renovation projects for Branch.
• Manage bank-wide projects in relation to building construction, renovation.
• Prepare final accounts, certificates, and handover materials.
• Project cost tracking and control management.
• Full-cycle development of flagship residential & landmark projects.
• Project management of large-scale developments.
