Job summary

LLOYD KARSON International is seeking a Project Manager for HVAC Design and Build in Hong Kong. The role involves managing progress, budgets, manpower and coordinating site activities with clients and stakeholders.

Candidates should have a degree in Building Service Engineering or related field, at least 5 years of HVAC project experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. English and Chinese communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Building Service Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 5 years relevant experience with HVAC projects.
• Familiar with AutoCAD Drawing.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Experience in building service installation for new construction site is an advantage.
• Exposure to Hospital / Cold Room related projects is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects progress, budget, manpower, and cost.
• Perform site-in-charge and coordinate site work with client.
• Responsible for submission for equipment/material/drawings and documentations to client for approval.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers about the working and supply schedules respectively.

Manage HVAC / Cold Room projects progress, budget, manpower, and cost. Perform site-in-charge responsibilities and coordinate site work with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Manage HVAC projects progress, budget, manpower, and cost

Perform site-in-charge and responsible for site coordination, monitoring site work process and join the site meeting with client

Responsible for submission for equipment/material/drawings and documentations to client for approval

Responsible for internal documentations submission such as project initiation and ordering to subcontractors/suppliers

Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers about the working and supply schedules respectively

Responsible for site hand-over to client including T&C completion

Perform other necessary duties as directed by superiors

About you

Degree or above in Building Service Engineering or related discipline

At least 5 years relevant working experience with HVAC projects

Familiar with Auto CAD Drawing and MS Office

Good communication and analytical skills

Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese

Self-motivated, initiative with strong sense of responsibility

Experience in building service installation for new construction site will be an advantage

Exposure to Hospital / Cold Room related projects is a big plus
