Macdonald & Company Limited is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee cold room, refrigeration, MVAC and HVAC projects from design through completion in Hong Kong. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers, monitor schedules, costs and quality, and supervise installation, testing and handover.

The role requires a degree or higher diploma in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of five years’ PM experience.

Formación

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant project management experience.
• Experience in working in consultancy consultancy is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience in cold room, refrigeration, MVAC or HVAC projects is highly preferred.
• Strong design and project management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cold room, refrigeration, MVAC and HVAC projects from design coordination to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers on project requirements.
• Monitor project schedule, cost, quality and site progress.
• Oversee installation, testing & commissioning, inspection and handover.
• Review drawings, technical submissions, method statements and material submissions.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure works comply with safety and quality standards.
• Handle project documentation, progress reports and variation works.
