Job summary

Hip Shing Hong (Holdings) Company Limited is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee E&M works across development, renovation and A&A projects in Hong Kong. You will plan, coordinate and monitor drawings, site works and contractor performance from feasibility through handover.

You will lead BIM procurement, drive competency upgrades in the department, and ensure delivery within quality, schedule and budget while liaising with project initiators and end-users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture, Engineering, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant project management experience in a sizable company, preferably with a property developer.
• Registered Architect, Chartered Engineer (CEng), IMechE or CIBSE or equivalent qualifications preferred.
• Construction and site experience in A&A projects highly preferred.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Project Manager.
• Basic AI skills will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advising, planning, coordinating and monitoring E&M works for all projects from feasibility to completion.
• Monitor, review, and inspect consultants' and contractors' drawings and site works.
• Introduce BIM procurement and facilitate competency upgrades to the department.
• Ensure projects meet quality, schedule and budget requirements.
• Supervise electrical and mechanical aspects on feasibility projects, including rectification and upgrading works.
• Coordinate with project initiators and end-users on requirements, specifications and handover.
